For over 30 years, William Purdy has been serving clients with IRS and Tax problems.

A Stanford Law School graduate, Mr. Purdy obtained his tax law training at New York University School of Law where he received a Masters in Taxation.  For the past 20 years he has taught several courses at Lincoln Law School in San Jose, California.

Bill represents clients on a broad range of tax matters, including Offers in Compromise with the I.R.S., Franchise Tax Board collection matters, penalty abatement issues, unfilled tax returns, liens, levies, 100% penalties, tax deposit issues and all other tax collection matters

Additionally, William Purdy is competent to give taxation advice in almost all areas covered by the federal and state tax regulations, including choice of business entity advice, corporate level taxation issues, marriage and divorce tax planning, like-kind exchanges, S Corporation tax issues and many other tax matters.

Since 2001 Bill has been assisting homeowners with mortgage related problems and the tax implications that they trigger. 

He is knowledgeable and experienced in all aspects of tax and mortgage related matters including foreclosure, short sales, deeds in lieu and loan modification. 

As a result of counseling thousands of homeowners he understands what you are feeling and what you are going through.  He cares and will do his very best to help you achieve the best possible result.
